What is an Escape Room?

Escape rooms are immersive, interactive, game experiences where you and a team are locked in a room (or rooms) for a fixed period of time. Inside you will find a series of riddles, puzzles and clues which will help you find your way out. It’s up to you to escape In Time!

Do I need a Reservation?

Yes, our games require advanced booking of at least 2 hours through our website but we may be able to accommodate at shorter notice in certain circumstances.

Should I arrive in advance?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your time slot so your game can start right on time. Late arrival could result in us having to reduce your game time so as not to impact following guests’ bookings.

What if I am running late, can I still play?

If you’re running late please let us know as soon as possible by calling (731) 273-5874. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late we will normally be able to let you proceed with your booking. If it is more that 15 minutes we would be able to let you proceed but we will have to start your game-time clock, or cancel your game (no refund will be due for this).

Can I reschedule?

We can occasionally reschedule (change your time/date) your booking providing we are notified at least 24 hours before your booked time. We cannot, however, guarantee that the alternative time/date you are looking for will be available.

When a booking is placed it removes its availability from the calendar for others.

I can't make the booking. Can I have a refund?

We need at least 24 hours advance notice for refunds, otherwise a credit for another time will be offered. This is due to a reservation removing the available slot from the calendar and does not give us much time to fill it. Please be aware of this before you book your reservation. Where possible we might be able to offer a reschedule.

An extra player wants to join our team. Is that okay?

Providing the team size does not exceed our games capacities you can bring as many extra players as you like and simply pay on arrival for the extra participants.

How much does it cost?

Prices are $24 per adult and $15 for children 7-13yrs old. All rooms have a minimum number of 2 people but are VERY challenging with that many.

How many people can play?

Each game is for a different team size, but we will always do our best to accommodate your group size so please get in touch to discuss. Typically they are 2-5 players.

Can you do Birthday parties and events?

We can accommodate groups up to 10 ( 2 rooms with 5 in each). We do not have the ability to offer any kind of "party" area nor do we allow food or drinks. For special times or questions please contact us via email: support@epicescaperoom.com or call: 731-273-5874

Are there age restrictions?

Yes. We require every group to have at least one adult of 18 years of age or older. The rest of the group can be any age but feel children under 10 or so will really struggle to solve some of the puzzles.

How long does it take to complete?

Our games last 60 minutes, however, this does not include your introduction time so if you are making plans for after your game we recommend allowing 90 minutes for the experience.

What happens if we get stuck or can't solve the clues?

We are here to help! You can always ask for hints and clues so you will never be completely stuck.

Will I really be locked in? Can I play if I am claustrophobic?

Yes, but you are under constant surveillance, so you will always be able to leave the room at any time. If you suffer from claustrophobia give us a call to discuss the room sizes and setup. You will always have the power to leave the room at anytime.

Is this a haunted house? Is it scary?

No. This isn’t a haunted house and our current games are not scary.

We may be adding a "horror" room in the future but it will be labeled as such.

Do I need to wear anything in particular?

Nope. We recommend comfortable clothing, but you can wear whatever you want!
